2007 Le Vigne di Cà Nova 'Varenne'

Le Vigne di Cà Nova
Tasting Notes

A very serious white wine from Le Vigne di Ca Nova. It’s aged for 12 months in French wood and then a further 2 years in bottle, ensuring this beautiful wine is perfectly balanced upon release. This makes it a very full bodied and opulent wine, offering sweet notes of honey and butterscotch. Drinking now through to 2021.

Food Pairing

This is a wine that is best served slightly chilled with rich chicken dishes or full flavoured cheeses - simply stunning.

100% Chardonnay.
