This fantastic and distinctive white is produced from the traditional Piedmontese grape varietal, Arneis. 2010 was a superb vintage for Arneis and this wine is a lovely light straw colour, with a clean nose of exotic fruits and woodland flowers leading to an incredibly refreshing palate with crisp, sweet pears lingering in the mouth. For drinking in the next 2-3 years.

A very serious white wine from Le Vigne di Ca Nova. It’s aged for 12 months in French wood and then a further 2 years in bottle, ensuring this beautiful wine is perfectly balanced upon release. This makes it a very full bodied and opulent wine, offering sweet notes of honey and butterscotch. Drinking now through to 2021.

This wine is a warm golden colour and has a wonderful nose of wild flowers, hazelnuts, a touch of honey and hints of pineapple, butter and peach; an unctuous palate leading to a long and full finish. This is a fantastic white, aged in barrique for up to 15 months and then matured in bottle for a further 12 months before release. Drinking beautifully now and for at least the next 10 years.

Tasting Notes
The Cavallotto family produce just a few cases of this crisp and full-bodied Pinot Noir, vinified white, which is grown on the north and northwest facing slopes of the Langhe. A lovely straw colour and on the nose there is soft, sweet pineapple and a slight hint of star anise. It is a fantastic clean and fresh wine with good acidity on the palate leading to a creamy ripe kiwi fruit finish.
Food Pairing
Perfect with meaty white fish, such as John Dory or Monkfish and cheeses.
