Dessert
Another unexpected gem from Piedmont.
The late harvest wine we've picked for you is made only in the
years when the grapes are affected by noble rot (or botrytis) - in
our opinion this regions' dessert wines are comparable to a good
Sauternes.

Tasting Notes
This is a late-harvest wine made only in the years when the grapes are affected by botrytis. A rich full golden colour with a combination of caramelized oranges, sultanas, apricots and acacia honey on the nose. The palate is reminiscent of panettone, dried apricots and hazelnuts. Drinking now and will age happily for another 40 years.
Food Pairing
A fantastically complex, creamy and unctuous wine that will compliment cheese and savoury dishes, as well as cream based desserts, especially panacotta.
Grape
80% Sauvignon and 20% Sémillon.
