Damages
If a bottle is broken or
damaged, upon arrival, we will replace
this.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order for
any reason up to and including 7 working days from the date of
delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and
intact and in the same condition as when shipped by us. We will
refund the full price of the order including delivery within 30
days from the date of cancellation.
Wine
provenance
We warrant that all our wines
are delivered directly to us from the producers' and stored in
accordance with best practice for wines, i.e. temperature and
humidity controlled. However, wine is an organic
substance and with older wines it is quite normal to find that
individual bottles can mature, improve, and decline in taste at
different times. Whilst we take every effort to
ensure that the wines we purchase have been well kept and are of
good provenance and appearance, we do not provide an unlimited
warranty as to their taste. However, at our complete discretion, we
will consider replacing wines, on a case-by-case basis, where a
wine is considered to be undrinkable.
