The Cavallotto family has been in the
winemaking business for five generations. In 1948, Giacomo
Cavallotto was one of the first in the region to dedicate himself
to the vinification and marketing of his own wines.
The Cavallotto's cantina is situated in
the heart of the Castiglione Falletto commune, with 23 hectares of
vineyards. Today Laura, Alfio and Giuseppe continue the family
tradition by combining a respect for the constant progress in
oenological techniques with a steadfast devotion to the land and
the culture of the Langhe.
