World Child Cancer

We're delighted to sponsor this fantastic charity. Child cancer is curable yet in low and middle income countries 4 out of 5 children die from the disease. World Child Cancer creates and funds international twinning partnerships between hospitals, medics and parent support groups to improve curative and palliative care for children with cancer. Leading teaching hospitals in developed countries are partnered with regional hospitals in developing countries to transfer vital medical expertise and skills. The result is a significant increase in survival rates, a reduction in the number of children suffering and improved access to treatment. World Child Cancer works in six countries and has helped over 1,500 children since the charity was established in 2007.
